This historic renovation project is one of the largest in Durham city history. Five existing historic building are being developed into mixed-use properties. This project requires all of Big Dog Demolition’s resources including selective interior demo, concrete cutting and heavy wrecking. BDD has maintained a consistent crew of 50+ men to meet the accelerated schedule.
